Man
Reflections, 23 July 2018
by L.A. Davenport
Flip-flops, shorts, close-cropped hair and a checked shirt tight over his squat, bull-like body.
Walking with legs splayed, head jutting forward, sports sunglasses fixed firmly to his face and a half-smoked cigar clamped between his short, thick fingers.
Skin reddened by too much sun and alcohol, and a snarl on his lips.
He is a Man.
